About Jordan Sage Nutrition

I’m Jordan Sage Colbert — a registered dietitian specializing in gut health and plant-based nutrition. I know firsthand how living with IBS can feel confusing, exhausting, and isolating. I’m here to help you cut through the noise, understand your symptoms, and build a calm, confident relationship with food again.

I work with adults navigating IBS and functional gut symptoms who are ready for clarity and steady, science-based support.
